We were initially rather shocked by the entrance itself, then surprised by the decor and layout. The boutique-hotel was a new experience, but we ended up liking it very much, and have already recommended it to numerous people, including 3 Santa Fe residents who regularly have guests in town.
The parking situation - having to go inside to get the 'fob' in and go back out again to park was slightly confusing and disconcerting. But the system worked and all was well.

Nothing at all - what a dump!
Horrible. No other way to describe it. Stay away as far as possible! Our original booking was for the Luxx, a downtown location. Upon check in we were informed that had moved us into some casitas approx 15 min from downtown. We were never asked, this was presented to us as a fact. We were then let to the casita location. If we really wanted an out-of-town casita, we would have had many options – not this dump. Internet not working [I had to repair myself], ac not working – never got fixed. My original call was answered 18hrs later by Gordon, who never got the message about the ac not working. I used the hot duct to dry my wet clothes – that’s how ‘effective’ it is. The disconnected wireless adapter was found in the filth under the bed. A clear sign that the rooms are never thoroughly cleaned. In order to get the room cooler, I opened the one and only that can be opened. There is no screen – bugs come in. The other window is duct-taped off to allow for the ventilation of the in-room stand-alone piece of crap ac. The front door cant be closed. What a crap location. I travel to Santa Fe often - this was the worst stay by far. Stay away!

It's location was great, everything we were interested I'm was within a pleasant walking distance. It's surroundings were quite there wasn't heavy vehicular traffic while we were there. The hotel it's self does not offer any kind of breakfast but there are eating establishments within the same building. We would stay at the Luxx Hotel the next time we were in Santa Fe, nm.
The parking was the only issue we had, it's a small parking lot behind the Luxx itself and part almost 6 spaces was roped off because of repainting the building next door so it made the parking even tighter and then there was a concern of the overspray drifting onto your vehicle but other than that you couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable stay.

We were impressed by the upscale and fairly quiet rooms that came with a comfortable king bed, TV, and refrigerator. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. - the location was perfect for exploring the area, as it was within a short walk to other tourist sites.

It's unique and artsy feeling. It also feels cozy.
It doesn't have a hair dryer in the room or ice machine that I know of. The price is not fully disclosed by Booked.net I booked a hotel that was supposed to be around $100, but after taxes and hotel fee, it came out to be around $145

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for my money at Luxx Boutique. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, just a block away from the Plaza, and there were plenty of fantastic dining and shopping options nearby. Will definitely stay here again!
Breakfast selection could be improved, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.

The bed.
I didn't like this hotel at all. There is no one to help you, its not a "spa/resort" like it says. There is trash all outside, horrible hotel all together.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, obviously working hard to ensure you had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and well appointed and the location was convinient to everything we wished to see and do during our short stay in Santa Fe. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who planned to stay in the city.
No complaints. It is a new hotel with some kinks that may need working out but there was nothing that interfered with our pleasanr stay.

The staff were friendly and took care of all our needs. I liked the interesting decor and the location - one block from the plaza square.
We stayed in the jungle suite. The walls were painted too dark for my taste considering the limited natural light throughout the suite. However, the room did give you the jungle feel and grew on me. I'm sure there are other choices of rooms.
